Ingredients

Let's get chopping!

340g/12oz Brussels sprouts (frozen)

2/3 cup sweetened cranberries

2 tbsps soy-free Vegenaise (follow your heart) 

1 tsp mustard

1 tsp Soy sauce

2 tbsps Lemon juice

Thaw the Brussels sprouts in advance and cut them in halves.

Place them in a mixing bowl and add the cranberries.

Add the dressing ingredients (Vegenaise, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice) and mix well.

Serve with spread and bread. Bonn Appetite!
