Pesto sauce

Ingredients
1 cup of fresh basil leaves
2 garlic cloves, no skin (preferably crushed)
4 tbsps raw pine nuts
1/3 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsps salt
Let's get blending!
In a deep cup, to which the blender stick can get in, place all the ingredients. Grind & mix them all until you reach a consistent texture and all ingredients were properly grounded.
Place in a suitable container with a lid, and refrigerate for a few days. You can freeze the pesto sauce - it will maintain it's flavors & texture upon thawing.
